Customer Success Associate

Symmetric Health Solutions is looking for a Customer Success Associate. This team member will be responsible for supporting and building relationships with Symmetric customers, including large hospital systems across the US. Role reports to CEO.

This role is responsible for:

  • Managing customer onboarding, training and ongoing support
  • Developing and maintaining customer training materials
  • Prioritizing and completing customer deliverables in collaboration with Data team
  • Synthesizing and communicating customer product feedback to other teams
  • Managing customer subscription renewals
  • Role reports to CEO

We are looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales or related customer-facing role

Skills that would be nice to have:

  • Experience working in the healthcare or supply chain field
  • Experience supporting SaaS products
  • Familiarity with ERP systems including Lawson, Infor, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, etc.

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Based in the US
