About the role
The fullstack engineer role is responsible for any and all aspects of both customer-facing applications and our internal applications used by our engineers, data analysts, and customer success teams. Features of these applications include usable and modern UIs for both web and mobile, data manipulation to pull insights from customer data, customer datafeed development, partner API integrations, and backend APIs for performing item searches, downloads, and analysis.
This role is responsible for:
- Developing new features for all of Symmetric's applications on the frontend, backend, and mobile
- Reviewing, refactoring, and enhancing code quality where necessary
- Understanding customer workflows in order to develop features in the ways most useful for users

We are looking for:
- 1+ years experience as a software engineer
- Experience with Python, React, and SQL
Skills that would be nice to have:
- Expertise with public clouds, in particular AWS
- Skills for designing a good UX
- Experience working with any Healthcare IT Infrastructure
- Experience with supply chain IT or management
Additional requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
- Authorized to work in the US
- Based in the US
